We have renewed our website for Cherry Gift orders for Japan. We aimed to upgrade not only the visual design but also the usability of the site. We hope you will find this year's website more easy to navigate and simple to order. Since the items in this site are for shipments in Japan only, we made our site fully bilingual. The entire site can be viewed in both English and Japan. We have also improved our customer support. We now provide an easy to use contact form page, a dedicated support email address, a toll-free phone number, and a chat support (during business hours). You can access us using any of these methods and we are looking forward to talking with you.

For customers who purchased our gift items in the past, we have your user registration and all previous order information. But we are asking you to create a new password for security reasons. Please go to "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. A reset password email will be sent to you, and please create a new password from that link.

Until the end of the delivery season, we will keep updating the progress at the farm and any changes to delivery schedules in Japan. Please check back occasionally. We are looking forward to serving you again this year!
